We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ursaguard purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Fit Guarantee
If your item doesn’t fit as expected, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a free return and full refund or exchange — whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault shortly after use, please contact us straight away. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Condition of Returned Items
To ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers, items must be returned in their original condition — clean, unaltered, and with all packaging intact.
Returns that show obvious signs of wear, damage, or use (for example, items that have been trained in or washed) may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
