Ursaguard Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ursaguard. We aim to deliver your order quickly and securely so you can get back to training with confidence.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that during peak periods (such as product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

2. UK Shipping

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

  • Cost: Free 

Next Day Delivery:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 business days

  • Cost: £5

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location or courier delays outside our control.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international delivery to selected regions.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress in real time.

5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
If it still appears delayed or missing, contact us at contact@ursaguard.com, and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, customs delays, extreme weather).

6. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in carriers, rates, or delivery practices. Updates will always be posted on this page.
